We are pleased to provide premium support services for WishList Member and WordPress to our project and support account clients.
If you need support and don’t have a support account with us go ahead and submit a support request and we will let you know how to get started.
Our premium support is just $75US per hour. New accounts require a prepayment of of 3 hours which is good for one year. Customers in good standing will be billed for support weekly thereafter. Payment is due upon receipt.
Clients in good standing will be given access to our private client area which contains WishList Member and WordPress training videos, resources and advanced support documents.
Please note: If you have submitted a support ticket with WishList Member then our support system will look very familiar. That’s because we use Zendesk, the same system used by WishList Member. After investigating the alternatives we found that this is the best option for our clients.
